Senator Joseph Igiagbe Ikpea, who represents Edo Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., describing him as one of the state’s finest public administrators whose professionalism, loyalty and exceptional leadership have continued to strengthen governance in Edo State.
