The Managing Director of the Edo State Transport Authority (ESTA), Hon. Henshaw Oligbi, has congratulated the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exceptional administrator, a distinguished legal professional and one of the most dependable architects of the remarkable progress being recorded under the administration of Governor Senator Monday Okpebholo.
Hon.
