Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has felicitated the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a dependable administrator, accomplished legal practitioner and trusted partner in the administration’s commitment to delivering effective governance to the people of Edo State.
The Governor praised Ikhilor’s outstanding leadership, administrative competence and unwavering dedication to public service, noting that his strategic role in coordinating government activities has contributed significantly to the successful implementation of the administration’s development agenda.
Governor Okpebholo said the SSG has consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity and exceptional capacity in the discharge of his responsibilities, earning the confidence and respect of government officials, stakeholders and the people of Edo State.
He further commended Ikhilor’s steadfast loyalty, diligence and commitment to advancing the administration’s SHINE Agenda, emphasizing that his experience, sound judgment and calm disposition have strengthened the machinery of government and enhanced the delivery of impactful policies and programmes across the state.
According to the Governor, the SSG’s exemplary record of service continues to inspire public servants, expressing confidence that he will remain committed to deploying his wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership qualities toward the sustained growth and development of Edo State.
