Chief Dr. Leemon Ayodele Ikpea, CON, Founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Lee Group of Companies, has congratulated former Delta State Governor and revered Niger Delta leader, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
