IRRUA, EDO STATE — Hon. Bello Austin Oyaziwolo is set to mark two significant milestones in his life as he celebrates his 50th birthday and 20th wedding anniversary with a series of commemorative activities in Irrua, Edo State.
The celebration, which is expected to bring together family members, friends, associates, community leaders and well-wishers, is designed to reflect on five decades of life, service and personal growth, as well as two decades of marital companionship.
The festivities will commence on Saturday, August 22, 2026, with a novelty football match scheduled to take place at the Eguare Primary School Ground, Irrua, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
The sporting event is expected to provide an opportunity for friends, associates and members of the community to come together in a relaxed atmosphere as part of the activities marking the landmark occasion.
The celebration will continue on Sunday, August 23, 2026, with a thanksgiving service scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at the City of Grace Ministry, Akho, Irrua, beside Winners Church.
The thanksgiving service will offer the celebrant, his family and guests an opportunity to express gratitude to God for His faithfulness throughout five decades of life and for sustaining the marriage through 20 years of companionship.
A reception will subsequently hold at the Eguare Town Hall, Irrua, from 2:00 p.m., where guests will join the celebrant and his family in commemorating the double milestone.
The occasion is expected to be more than a birthday celebration, as it provides an opportunity to celebrate life, family, marriage, friendship and enduring relationships built over the years.
In an invitation extended to family, friends and well-wishers, the family expressed gratitude to God for the journey so far and appealed to guests to join them in marking the memorable occasion.
“Your presence, prayers, and goodwill will make this occasion even more memorable,” the family stated.
As Hon. Bello Austin Oyaziwolo clocks 50 and celebrates 20 years of marriage, the milestone offers a moment of reflection on the journey travelled, while looking forward to many more years of fulfilment, family, service and continued blessings.
