The Edo State Health Insurance Commission (EDOHIC), under the visionary leadership of its Director General, Dr. (Mrs.) Augusta Ikpea-Enaholo, has extended warm congratulations to the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an extraordinary public servant, a consummate administrator and an exemplary statesman whose contributions continue to shape the trajectory of governance in Edo State.
