Youths Urged To Answer The Call As Service Takes Center Stage At ISTH

IRRUA, EDO STATE — It is here. Tomorrow, Saturday 29th August 2026, history will be made at MDCAN Hall, ISTH Irrua.

The Rotary Club of Irrua Frontline will hold its Installation, Fund Raising, Award Presentation, and Induction ceremony as RtN. Fidelis Okoruwa Edokpa is sworn in as the 6th President for the 2026/2027 Rotary Year.

But beyond the ceremony, this gathering is about one thing: impact that lasts.

Under the Rotary theme “CREATE LASTING IMPACT,” tomorrow’s event will raise funds for community health, education, water, and youth empowerment projects across Edo Central. Awards will honor men and women who have quietly given their time to make Irrua better. New board members and new Rotarians will also be inducted — people who said yes to service.

The message to Edo youths is direct and urgent.

According to the Planning Committee led by RtN. Priscilla Okhuakhua as Chairperson and RtN. Patience Eseigbe as Secretary, tomorrow will set the tone for a year of bold projects. From free health outreaches to skills training for young people, the focus will be on projects that touch lives directly.
