The Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Late Augustus Akhabue Aikhomu Foundation (LAAAF), Chief Dr. Leemon Ikpea, CON, FNSE, has felicitated with a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Rear Admiral Mike Oamen (Rtd.), former Flag Officer Commanding (FOC), Nigerian Western Naval Command, Apapa, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, October 1.

In a goodwill message personally signed by him and made available to newsmen by the Foundation’s General Secretary, ESV Ambassador Tony Okonigene, Chief Dr. Ikpea described Rear Admiral Oamen as an accomplished military officer, distinguished patriot and a valued member of the LAAAF Board of Trustees.
He celebrated the retired Naval officer’s years of dedicated service to Nigeria, noting that his contributions to national development and commitment to service remain worthy of recognition and commendation.
Chief Dr. Ikpea expressed appreciation for Rear Admiral Oamen’s wisdom, experience and contributions to the Foundation, while wishing him continued strength, good health, fulfilment and greater years of impactful service to humanity.
He prayed that the new year would bring the celebrant renewed blessings, enduring peace and abundant grace to continue making meaningful contributions to society.
The Late Augustus Akhabue Aikhomu Foundation joins family, friends, associates and well-wishers in celebrating Rear Admiral Mike Oamen (Rtd.) on this special occasion, wishing him a happy birthday and many more years of distinguished living.
