A one time chairman of Esan South East local government Council and one time Commissioner of the ministry of oil and gas under the government of Godwin Obaseki, Hon, Joseph Ikpea, has said that the appointment of Barr Musa Ikhilor was a welcome development that would shape the future of Edo State .
