‘Well deserved’ — ESV Okonigene congratulates Dr. Cecil on appointment as Chairman, Governing Board, ICT Uromi

ESV Tony Okonigene in a congratulatory letter he signed and made available to Newsmen on Monday, said Dr. Cecil’s appointment is “well deserved, and a square peg in a square hole”, adding that his proven developmental track records in previous challenging appointments he has handled, earned him his current position.
