The Founder and President, Sidney Emoyon Oseghale Foundation and organizers of the Sidney Emoyon Oseghale Esan Central Local Government Area Unity Football Tournament, Engr. Sidney Emoyon Oseghale, on Wednesday declared that the Esan Central Local Government Area Unity Football Tournament will engender unity among the Communities across the 10 political wards in the local government area.

The philanthropist said the importance of football and other sporting activities cannot be overemphasized in the area of fostering peace across the globe, as this is the second edition of the tournament.
“This all exciting football tournament is not just a celebration of football but a testament to the spirit of unity and foundation strive to instill among the youths and the communities in the local government and its environs.
“The Sidney Oseghale Emoyon Unity football tournament stands as a symbol of togetherness, peace and inclusivity, bringing together youths teams from the 10 wards to bond through soccer.

“The competition will kickoff on Sunday the 21st of July and Sunday the 10 of August, 2024.”
