Present Your Manifesto To Edo People And Stop Calling On Federal Might To Win Election, Paul Smith Tells Edo APC
The convener, Asue Ighodalo Patriot AIP, Mr. Paul Smith Eghobor has called on the Edo All Progressives Congress APC to face issues based campaigns and tell the people of Edo State their manifesto and explain how they will implement it.
Mr. Paul Smith Eghobor stated this while answering questions on the happenings in Edo and the September election. He said the APC gubernatorial candidate Senator Monday Okpebholo should convince the people of Edo on why he should be voted for instead of calling on presidency for back up just to intimidate voters to win election.
He said Edo State is too sophisticated to intimidate voters saying the election will be peaceful, free and fair and he is sure of victory for the PDP and its governorship candidate Dr Asue Ighodalo.
The statement;
“Apc should face the real campaign tell the people of Edo State your manifesto and explain it to them, convince them more let them see reason why they should vote for your candidate Sen monday okpebholo and stop seeking presidential attention to win election it will not work in edo state.
“Edo state is too sophisticated to intimidate voters, our eyes are widely open and the election will be peaceful, free and fair and Dr asue Ighodalo will be announced as the winner. I’m very certain Dr Asue Ighodalo will win the election”. He said
Mr. Paul Smith charged the people of Edo to remain focused and continue their support for PDP and good governance. He reiterated the AIP continuous support for the PDP and its candidate.
