Olokpe, on Behalf of Okpe Kingdom, Congratulates Okpebholo as he Assumes Office

The Olokpe of Okpe Kingdom in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area, HRH. Oba Okhishimede Eshimokhai Idogun III (JP) OON, on behalf of the people of Okpe Kingdom, has congratulated Governor Monday Okpebholo on his assumption of office as the Executive Governor of Edo State.
In a statement made available through Elempe Dele, journalist and one of his subjects, to media practitioners in Benin City yesterday, the Olokpe of Okpe said, “Please accept the warm congratulations of the entire people of Okpe Kingdom on your assumption of office as the Executive Governor of Edo State and kindly accept our best wishes as you prepare to take up the responsibilities and challenges of your very high office.
“As you embark upon your new assignment, the people of Okpe Kingdom wish to assure you and members of your cabinet our unflinching support, of our unalloyed friendship, and the promotion of a Rising Edo State that will beam to all the corners of the state.
“The people of the Kingdom are looking forward to working with you, not only to develop close ties, but to further cement the existing relationship for the development of the Kingdom particularly and Edo State at large through concerted efforts as law-abiding citizens.
