Esan Central Local Government Labour Party Chairman, Pastor Eseigbe David has debunked a claim that the the Edo State governor Mr. Godwin Obaseki has adopted the labour party candidate for Edo State house of assembly and given other financial benefits.
Pastor Eseigbe David stated this during a press conference in Irrua the administrative headquarters of Esan Central Local Government Area on Wednesday.
The statement reads;

I am Eseigbe David the labour party chairman Esan Central LGA Irrua, Edo State. This is to Inform the General public especially Esan Central about the rumors that been spread by oppositions party, that Governor of Edo has given Labour Party bags of rice, 50million naira and other materials, these are all lies from pit of hell.
We are labour party that are running their activities by themselves. Everybody known that Governor Obaseki is PDP not labour party. I and Hon Oses Emmanuel Eromosele the Labour Party candidate for state house of assembly was not approach by the Governor let alone received any of #50million and material.
I want to tell the opposition that this their rumors won’t distract the supporters of our great party. March 11 will justify the situation in Esan Central LGA.
Vote for Labour Party, vote for peace, joy, progress and poverty eradication in the land.
