JOEFEL SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT DISSOCIATE FROM PURPORTED GUBER ASPIRANT ENDORSEMENT
The JOEFEL-4-EDO-GOVERNOR Campaign Organization & The JOEFEL Solidarity Movement have dissociated their Movement and campaign organization from the purported adoption shenanigan of a sole aspirant from Edo Central senatorial district.
In a press release signed by the director of Media and Publicity, the group dissociates their Principal Hon. (Dr). Felix Godsent Ehiguese Akhabue, aka, JOEFEL from the shenanigan resolution from a group that was supposed to serve as unbiased supervisor on behalf of the NWC of the party who are saddled with the sole responsibility of deciding or adopting any candidate for the party as enshrined by the constitution of the party and the electoral act.
The group also assured the party faithfuls and their teaming supporters to ignore the purported action of clearly self serving selected few leaders in the senatorial district in which action is capable of jeopardizing the primary processes, the chances of the party, the desire and clamour for Edo governor of Esan extraction.
The group also called on the NWC and the National leadership to look into the activities of those actors mainly those who are supposed to be members of the party state executive, and who are supposed to ensure free, fair, credible and transparent primary processes.
The group also declared it’s “Lost of Confidence” in those state exco members from Edo Central Senatorial District, and therefore called on the National Leadership to sanction them to ensure they stay clear from the coming primary election.
They group also reiterated its confidence in the National leadership of the party’s earlier decision during their meeting with all aspirants and other stakeholders from Edo state to ensure that this matter is treated with the necessary hotfoot it deserves as soon as possible to create room for fair primary processes by all aspirants.
The group congratulated their principal for successfully collecting the party guber expression of interest form and the Nomination forms respectively in record time, and this further showed level of commitment of our principal who is the aspirant to beat towards the aspiration, and readiness with capabilities to go through the election processes without any hitch.
The group further requests all party faithfuls and would be delegates across the state to look at the aspirants jostling for the exulted position’s antecedents and pedigree politically and otherwise, and look at their individual popularity that is good enough to secure victory for the party before making their informed judgments and decisions.
The Organization Movement also appeal to all delegates to see their principal JOEFEL, who has been a household name as their own that has been with them, feeling the ills of the society in the state with them, that can be accessible and easily call upon in times of need without requiring the connections of Lagos businessmen and contractors.
The Group assured the party faithfuls and their followers that JOEFEL remain the ASPIRANT to beat in the race to the Denise Osadebey Avenue of the Edo state Government House.
