Goal 1: To enhance staff capabilities and foster organizational growth to effectively support the hospital’s mandate and strategic objectives

Establish and operationalize a Centre for training and certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Strengthen foundational surgical skills and knowledge for patient care amongst residents through enhanced clinical teaching and workshops.
