ICT Uromi, Comrade Kelvin Aigbokhan Congratulates Newly Appointed Governing Council Chairman, Dr. Cecil
A business mogul and philanthropist per excellence, Chairman, Chief Executive Director of Bossu Conglomerate, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC, has congratulated elders statesman and the Edo Central Senatorial District of the APC, Dr. Cecil Esekheigbe over his appointment as the Chairman, Governing Council of the Institute of Construction Technology, Uromi Edo State.
Dr. Cecil Esekheigbe also was appointed by the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Tinubu.
In a statement on Friday 15th of June, 2024, the Permanent Secretary, General Services, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Nnamdi Mbaeri, noted that the approval was given for the effective management of Nigerian tertiary institutions across the country.
The young business mogul and Philanthropist, Comrade Kelvin Aigbokhan Isesele aka Bossu, described the appointment as putting a round peg in a round hole.
