While addressing large number of politicians, businessmen, women and youths, Hon. Ilaboya, the immediate past Chairman of Owan West LGA, said the the group is conceptualised to galvise support for our party candidate so that they can win elections convincingly.
“The new political order in Nigeria today dictates that we must strategize well ahead of elections with high number of membership base.
“If we give our candidate the desired support in terms of numbers, we can also demand for support and recognition in return.
“Our target is to increase our membership base to over 10,000 across the local govt and with the attendance today, I am very confident that this is realisable.”
On his part, Hon. Omolei Imadu, a PDP chairmanship aspirant in Owan West, said, the group has the numbers and assured that he will join forces with his co-founders and ensure they galvanize support and attract development to Owan West.
“The time has come for us to witness overall development in Owan West. This development cannot come, if we do not organize ourselves.
“We are organizing ourselves ahead of the 2024 elections. We must be able to speak with one voice.”
Similarly, Hon. Igein Tanko Ileogben, encouraged the members of the group to keep hope alive as the movement will ultimately benefit all.
He pointed out that the huge turnout is a testament that the movement has come to stay as a truly formidable body.
Several speakers including Hon. (Barr) Alex Oleije, former Commissioner for Environment and Sustainability; Hon. Friday Oronya, PDP chairmanship aspirant and Mrs Bose Edgal, also aligned with the movement and assured that more numbers will be mobilized for the movement in order to ensure a truly prosperous LGA that the people will be proud of.

Mrs. Akoh Obazu from Avbiosi Ward 5 said, “from this day forward, I am a member of this movement. I fully support it as it will put smiles on our faces in no distant time.”
Mr. Tony Alao and Okeile Friday Valentine simply described the group as ” an objective one that has come to change the political narrative of Owan West, stressing that, “it comes with fresh ideas, fresh thinking and above all, to make politics interesting for both the young and the old. “It stands for equal rights and justice for all in the LGA.”
