Today is a special day for our dear local government, Esan Central Local Government Council, state, Edo and in our country Nigeria. It is first, a day to welcome you to the New Month of May, and second, it is a day to celebrate the Workforce of our dear local government, state and country.
It is important to recognize the great efforts put by workers in ensuring that our country is recording the desired success on daily basis. The workers or labourers constitute the greater part of both private and public enterprises. These individuals manage and control the day-to-day running of every establishment in our state and country.
Dear Workers, a day only will not be enough to appreciate you for your numerous commitment, dedication and patriotism. You have lived and shown that you are men and women with so much love for your work and state. There is no amount of money paid for all your sacrifices that will be sufficient enough, but the Gov. Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki led administration will continue to work out something favourable to keep putting smiles on your faces.
The month of May is the fifth month in the year 2024. This calls for Thanksgiving to God who has kept us strong till this moment. And it is my honest believe that God will continue to see us through in Jesus name, Amen.
