A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC, and former Edo State Commissioner for Oil, Gas and Solid Minerals, Honourable Dr. Joseph Ikpea, has hailed the appointment of Dr. Cecil Esekheigbe, as the Chairman of the Governing Board of National Institute of Construction Technology and Management (NICTM), Uromi, Edo State.
Hon. Ikpea, who tasked Dr. Cecil Esekheigbe with using his influence to facilitate the rapid development of the school, described the appointment as perfect, charging him to be an instrument of socio-economic development and the growth of the community.
He stated that the recognition of Dr. Cecil by President Bola Tinubu signifies a testament to the chairman’s outstanding leadership qualities.
