A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and frontline Edo Central Senatorial aspirant, Hon. (Dr.) Joseph Ikpea, has congratulated Hon. Dr. Washington Osa Osifo, for making the list of nominees for commissioners to serve in the Governor Monday Okpebholo’s cabinet in Edo state.
According to a letter sent to the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, seeking the confirmation of Hon. Dr. Washington Osa Osifo, as a Commissioner nominee and signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Ikpea said Dr. Washington Osifo’s nomination was one the best appointment.
Dr. Washington who also hails from Uhunmwode local government area, was announced alongside others today.
In a congratulatory letter made available to newsmen on Tuesday 7th January, 2025, Hon. Ikpea commended and congratulated Dr. Osifo, while urging him to take up responsibilities and challenges of the position in great regard.
His words, “Congratulations on your nomination as commissioner. Your victory is in good faith. It is my best wish that you take up responsibilities hopefully as commissioner from judging from your antecedents in the public sector.
“I pray that you achieve more and soar higher in your new responsibility by the grace of Almighty God. Hearty cheers.” he added.
