Hon. Ikpea commiserates with APC Chieftain, Gen. Cecil over Mother’s Demise
As the Edo Central Senatorial District leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Cecil Esekhaigbe lays mother to rest, Edo Central Senatorial District aspirant of the party, Hon. Dr. Joseph Ikpea has commiserated with the family, and prayed God to rest the soul of the deceased, Madam Ebaide Esekhaigbe.
In his condolence message at the funeral, the Hon. Ikpea described death as an evitable end of every mortal, and God’s supreme authority on all that he created.
He noted that the deceased has left a good legacy especially, the well nurtured children as exemplified in the party number one leader.
“Death is an inevitable end for every mortal, and God’s supreme authority on all that he created, But “the Lord cares deeply when His loved ones die” Psalm 116:15. I encourage you to be strong in the Lord.
“My wife, family and the entire Joseph Ikpea structure and my supporters, join me in praying that God grants the departed eternal rest and comforts your family at this time of grieve,'” the message read in part.
He thanked God for preserving their late mother to age 90, and prayed for comfort to the family.
The well attended ceremony, attracted dignitaries across the State including; Senator representing Edo North senatorial district and former governor of Edo State, Sen. Adams oshiomhole, two term Senator Edo Central senatorial district, Sen. Clifford Ordia, Former House of representatives member, Esan Central, Esan West, Igueben Federal federal constituency, Hon. Joe Edionwele, Engr. Gideon Ikhine, Prof. Efediyi, among others.
