Hon. Ikpea Celebrates Igbinedion at 89
On Monday, September 11th, Hon. Joseph Ikpea, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a leading gubernatorial aspirant in Edo State, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, on his 89th birthday.
