Hon. (Dr.) Joseph Ikpea Condole With The People of Ondo State On The Death of Their Governor, Mr. Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, CON SAN
Edo 2024 Frontline governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. (Dr.) Joseph Ikpea, has described the death of Ondo State governor, Arakurin Rotimi Akeredolu as a colossal loss not only to his family but to Ondo State and the entire nation.
In a condolence message, the governorship hopeful said death has created a vacuum that will be difficult to fill considering his position in society.
Hon. Ikpea while praying for the repose of the soul of late Rotimi Akeredolu, prayed for his family, Ondo state and the nation the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The message sent to the Acting governor reads: “It is with grief that we received the news of the death of a Statesman and friend, Governor of Ondo State, Arakurin Rotimi Akeredolu.
“The late Governor will be remembered as a true democrat who brought developmental strides when was steering the affairs of Ondo State and also as a former Attorney General of Ondo State“.
“Therefore, on behalf of the members of the Joseph Ikpea Movement, I wish to express our condolences to the Akeredolu family, the Ondon State chapter of the APC, the Government and people of Ondo State for the irreparable loss”, the message stated.
