congratulate His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo and Hon. Dennis Idahosa on their inauguration as the Executive Governor and Deputy Governor of Edo State.
In a Special Congratulatory Message, Hon. ( Dr ) Felix Akhabue stated that with the mandate freely given to Governor Monday Okpebholo by the people of Edo State, he expressed no doubt that His Excellency, will address the yearnings and aspirations of Edo State people through equal opportunities, given his track record and antecedents in attracting dividends of democracy and development to the doorsteps of the people in Edo Central Senatorial District while he served as Senator in the National Assembly.
The former ALGON National President urged Governor Okpebholo to hit the ground running by not only fulfil but implement people-oriented programmes and policies that would bring progress and prosperity to the people.
The former Edo State Commissioner, who lauded Governor Okpebholo’s leadership qualities stated that his victory in the September 21, 2024 Governorship election reflected the trust and hope placed in him.
Hon. Felix Akhabue said he has no doubt that the administration of Governor Okpebholo would serve as a good omen to usher in a greater and better Edo State.
The former Chairman, Esan West Local Government Council stated that Governor Okpebholo is committed to upholding the values of good governance, transparency and service to the people of Edo State.
He urged all and sundry to set aside political differences and unite behind Governor Okpebholo to advance the interests of Edo State.
