Hon. Collins Aigbogun felicitates with Muslim faithfuls, preaches love, tolerance and peaceful co-existence on this occasion of Eid-el-kabir celebration.
In a statement issued by the Chairman of Esan West Local Government Council, he wishes Muslims faithfuls a harmonious celebration, and admonished them to utilize this period of Eid-el-kabir celebration to promote oneness, love charity, harmony and peaceful co-existence without discrimination.
“As we celebrate, I enjoin everyone to make the best of this period to extend love to all, giving of alms to the poor and needy in the society irrespective of religion differences.
“Despite the hurdles and economic hardship we face as a people, let us continue in our resilience without loosing hope because better days are ahead. We must continue to strengthen our love for one another and encourage peaceful co-existence as together we can overcome the challenges before us”.
