FORMER PDP NATIONAL WOMAN LEADER, CONGRATULATES ASUE IGHODALO
A former National Woman Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mrs Herbeta Okonofua-Ayu, has congratulated the Edo State PDP governorship candidate, Barr. Asue Ighodalo on his landslide victory at the party’s primary. Mrs Ayu who is currently a Special Adviser to the Edo State Governor, described the victory of Barr. Asue Ighodalo as “well deserved” .
She noted that Barr. Asue Ighodalo is well equipped to lead the PDP to a resounding victory in the Edo 2024 governorship election coming up later in September this year thereby ensuring that the developmental foundations laid by His Excellency, Governor Godwin Obaseki are consolidated upon.
She appealed to all party members and Edolites in general to give their maximum support and votes to the PDP and its candidate Barr. Asue Ighodalo in order to guarantee an assured future for the state.
