As the date for the Edo State rulling Party, PDP primaries draws closer, a youth organization in Esan Central LGA has vowed to put all their efforts towards the movement for the emergence of Joyce Daniels Oamen to become the first female Executive Chairman of the LGA since 32 years after creation.
The support group under the aegies of Esan Central Youths For Joyce Daniels (ECYJD) led by Comrade Ebeagbor Emiator undertook to support Joyce Daniels Oamen because she has the capacity and passion to deliver on her election promises. Moreover, the group said it’s time to try the creative capacity of women in governance.
According to a statement made in Ugbegun during a stakeholders parly with it’s fast growing movement, the group said “we are sinecerely and passionately committed to the Joyce Daniels Oamen’,s Project. We have seen in her the sterling qualities to skyrocket development in the LGA.
We also want to see that for the first time since the creation of the LGA, a woman is encouraged and supported to lead the council.
We believe in her manifestos, #ABetter Life for Esan Central people. If Joyce is allowed to implement the contents of the document as the LGA Chairman, things will improve astronomically for the good of all”, the statement reads in part..
