Considering the backwardness of governance in Esan Central Local Government Area of Edo State, there is need to have a revolutionary and charismatic Leader who will inspire public confidence, a leadership that is transparent as to induce people to rally round it and give absolute loyalty.
Hon. Paul Onosedeba Iyoha, an omnivorous Leader, a voracious assimilator of information, a walking encyclopedia, cerebral, visionary, energetic, dynamic, fearless, full of drive, clear mind and determination is the Golden fish the local government is looking and yelling for.
He understands the challenges of the people and has both the will and moral courage to use power solely for the purpose of reducing the frustration and suffering of the people. He has the capacity to adopt means to ends, to construct institutions and form structures with a view to achieving moral aspirations and material progress.
