Edo 2024: Let’s Move Edo State Forward with Asue-Ogie, Group Urges Voters

With barely six days to the governorship election in Edo State, a Socio-political Support Group, the Asue Kitchen Group, has made a passionate appeal to all sons and daughters and eligible voters of Edo State, both at home and in the diaspora, to throw their weight behind Dr. Asue Ighodalo and his running mate Osarodion Ogie Esq., the PDP governorship candidates.

The group also advised people to do away with their sentiment and political differences and channel their support to an individual with proven track records of performance in his private life while also putting into consideration the PDP candidate’s “Prosperity For All Agenda” in terms of accountability, accessibility, effectiveness, and other democratic dividends like, youth and women empowerment, infrastructural renaissance and agricultural revolution as put together by Dr. Asue Ighodalo in his manifesto.

“The task before us in the upcoming governorship election in Edo State is unambiguous and we shouldn’t be distracted by cheap negative inferences to cast our minds away from the real issues. We want a government that will dutifully serve us, not the deceits and pretenses that define the APC over the years at the national.

“A continuity of the PDP government under Dr. Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie Esq, will further the peace and development already enjoyed in Edo State and let the meagre resources at the disposal of the state count for the people,” the group stated.
