Edo 2024: Henry Jatto’s claims of a mass defection from the PDP to the APC in Igueben Local Government Area are nothing but a fabrication, a desperate attempt to create a false narrative
By Sunny Iyamu
As a member of the Igueben PDP campaign council, I can confidently say that the people of Igueben LGA remain committed to the PDP and its vision for Edo State.
The so-called ‘seismic shift’ is merely a handful of disgruntled individuals who have been swayed by false promises and monetary inducements. The PDP’s grassroots support remains strong, and our leaders, including Hon(Chief )Felix Imoisili, remain committed to the party.
The closure of the oil company and its impact on the College of Education are not only false but vexatious,as it is operational. Henry Jatto’s attempt to politicize the reformation the institution undergone is a clear sign of desperation.
Engr. Ayemere Obehi and other leaders have not defected to the APC, and their supporters remain firmly with the PDP. The people of Igueben LGA will not be fooled by Henry Jatto’s propaganda and will reject the APC’s attempts to hijack the narrative.
Senator Okpebhbole’s campaign is built on false pretenses, and the people will see through it. The PDP remains strong and united, and we will emerge victorious in the upcoming election.
Henry Jatto’s exposure is clear: he is a pawn in the APC’s game of deception, and his claims are nothing but a smokescreen. The people of Edo State will not be deceived.
Comrade Sunny Iyamu,
Secretary,Igueben Local Government media and publicity committee 4 Asue/Ogie campaign council.
