Dr. Aziegbemi: Hon. Dr. Larry Ogieva Harps on Proper Negotiation
A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Edo South, Hon. Dr. Larry Ogieva has flayed the manner and tactics employed by our Edo Central brothers, especially the State Party Chairman, Dr Aziegbemi over the choice for the gubernatorial candidate for the 2024 election.
The doctor of administration, who begged to differ on the Dr Aziegbemi’s saga said he expected the Proponents of the “Esan Agenda” to have done better than the cheap blackmail and bullying being unleashed on othe districts in the state.
The pioneer Chairman of EDSOGPADEC lamented that it was shocking to find leaders of note from Edo Central District clapping when the calous statement was by Dr Aziegbemi.
In the opinion of the former PDP House of Representatives candidate for Orhionmwon/Uhunmwonde Federal Constituency, “these leaders ought to know PDP never micro-zoned the governorship ticket to any zone since 1999. It has always been negotiations and leaders final decision at every gubernatorial election cycle in the party up to 2020″.
That the leadership of the PDP from the Edo Central has not been seriously on the negotiation table before now but rather taking to issuing threats and blackmails portrays a situation of the”hand of Esau but the voice of Isaac”.
