The Head of All Progressives Congress, APC diaspora Support Group in the City of Siena Italy, Jennifar Akinsanya Julius has lauded the victory of Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State at the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal.
She said the victory at the tribunal was well deserved and a confirmation of the desires of Edo people.
Jennifar, an international business woman, importer and exporter of wines and other consumables said the victory of Okpebhole is well applauded by the Edo diaspora as well as the international community.
In a statement signed by Jennifar Akinsanya Julius, as the head of APC diaspora Support Group in the City of Siena Italy, said the governor has been able to display that he is at home with the people and that with his victory, he will now settle down to continue his good works.
She categorically stated that Edo state has become a pacesetter in letting the people choose their candidate as carried out in the last election, according to her, “it is expected that all dissenting voices including opponents in the September 2024 gubernatorial poll should stop any further attempt to drag him to higher courts in order for him to settle-down to concentrate on his work.”
“I wish to heartily congratulate His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, the Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, Deputy Governor and the APC as a family on the victory at the tribunal.”
