The honorable member representing Esan West, Esan central and Igueben Federal constituency at the National Assembly, Rt. Hon. Marcus Onobun KSC has disbursed starter pack of hundreds of a day old chicks, poultry zymes, Feeds, drugs and cash prizes to recipients across the various local government areas of the federal constituency .
Rt. Hon. Marcus in his statements emphasized on the importance of human capital development through empowerment programs as a key factor to the economic instability in the country, thus, the pertinence to attract such to his constituency.
He further added, the welfare, betterment and wellbeing of his people tops his priorities and presence at the green chambers and nothing short of the necessary steps to ensuring credibility, impactful and effective representation is expected of him.
“This initiative is yet again to add value and improve the quality of life of our people. In recognition of the essence of quintessential knowledge to help them succeed, we also ensured they were educated with vital information necessary to ensure success of their establishment. On the part of the beneficiaries, a retiree and beneficiary by name Mr. Jacob Aigbona stated, “it is noteworthy that Rt. Hon. Marcus is a lawmaker with distinguish character and highly impressionable at every given point to herald that he is distinct and capable. Using myself as a case study, I am a pensioner and my meagre take home is becoming too small for sustainability. Hon.
