BENIN – The 2024 edition of Benin Recreation Club 1933 annual Presidential Awards/Bonfire Nite party was held yesterday amidst excitement, blending sports, entertainment, and culture into an unforgettable event.
The lineup of acts to spice up the evening was nothing short of spectacular which featured Edo’s finest Disc Jockey – DJ Party Jamz 1 and his live band rendering melodious music/jamz with Mc Kelly Merit from KU FM beautifully anchoring the event with his funny jokes.
Meanwhile, having the one of the highest turnout of clubbers and guests in recent times, the BRC end-of-year party wasn’t just about getting together as a family or for mere entertainment purposes; it reflected the club’s commitment in rewarding hardwork and celebrating the invaluable contributions of distinguished Clubbers.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Osayi Osamuyi Courage, President of BRC, reflected on the club’s achievements in 2024, describing it as an “amazing year” with numerous accomplishments while appreciating all Clubbers including his Exco for their inestimable support.
Indeed, a remarkable year for Benin Recreation Club, the total number of 30 individuals were inducted into the club during the event as they took their oath of membership to the admiration of Clubbers and esteemed guests.
With its avalanche of successes, and to mark the Club’s monumental milestone and celebrating the commitment and dedication of some clubbers in style, 17 individuals were decorated with several awards, which includes;
