APC’s Lifeless campaign
By Rev. Olu Martins
A convinced man convinces other people and a persuaded man persuades others..
Usually the life of a campaign comes from the character and nature of the candidate. If a candidate is fun, the campaign will be fun, but if the campaign is like okro na so the campaign go dey draw too.
Everywhere the PDP has gone to in its ward to ward campaign it’s been fun, exhilarating and impactful. The candidate of our party has been full of life and love for the people and the people have reciprocated in like manner.
This is unlike the APC’s campaign where people are scared of the next grammatical blunder their candidate may make. Their campaign is usually artificial and boring. This is because it is the heart of the candidate that carries a campaign and not necessarily money.
People need to genuinely feel intelligence and brilliance to follow through with genuine excitement. Unfortunately senator Monday Okpebholo he doesn’t just have it together in terms of vibes and charisma. Like the former governor of Rivers State said, ” if it didn’t dey, it didn’t dey”.
I feel sorry for the supporters of APC because they backed the wrong horse. No wonder all they do is fight, sue, abuse and lie. Unfortunately lies don’t live long enough to sustain or survive anything.
