A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State, Hon. Prosper Iyere has commended Hon. Odianosen Okojie, federal house of representative member representing Esan North East/Esan South East federal constituency decision to withdraw from the Edo Central Senatorial race contest due to party leadership advise.
The commendation was conveyed in a letter personally signed by Hon. Prosper Iyere and made available to newsmen in Ekpoma.
The letter reads, “I want to first commend the fatherly role played by Elders and the leadership of the APC in Edo Central in ensuring compliance with party decisions and directives.
“Hon. Odi Okojie has demonstrated himself as a reliable, committed party leader, good role model and and a great party man. I believe that Hon. Odi Okojie’s selfless actions typify APCs progressive ideals and should be emulated by all party members to ensure unity, strength and supremacy of our great party. There is no doubt that the APC is going into the incoming Edo Central Senatorial election as a united house.”
