Udakpa Community Appeals to Hon. Prince Odianosen Okojie to Complete Borehole Project

The people of Udakpa Community in Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State have made a heartfelt appeal to the member representing Esan North East/Esan South East Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Prince Odianosen Okojie, to facilitate the completion of the borehole project initiated in the community.

The appeal, made by concerned sons and daughters of the community, acknowledged the lawmaker’s contributions to grassroots development through various people-centred projects and interventions across the constituency. They described the borehole initiative as a commendable project that has inspired hope and demonstrated his commitment to improving the welfare of his constituents.

According to the community, while significant work has been carried out on the project, it has yet to become operational, leaving residents unable to enjoy the much-needed benefits of a reliable source of clean and safe drinking water.

The community noted that access to potable water remains an essential necessity and appealed for the project to be completed without delay. They expressed confidence that bringing the borehole into full operation would not only improve public health and the overall quality of life of residents but also enhance community development and reinforce the dividends of democratic representation.

The people further emphasized that Udakpa Community has remained peaceful, supportive, and appreciative of the lawmaker’s efforts over the years. They expressed optimism that, in keeping with his commitment to constituency development, Hon. Okojie would give the project the urgent attention it deserves.
