He Is Risen: Hon. Mrs. Adaze Uzor-Kalu Extends Easter Message of Hope, Renewal, and Unity

In the spirit of the Easter season, Hon. Mrs. Adaze Uzor-Kalu, MBA, FCCA, FCA, FNIM, Member of the Presidential Petroleum Reform Taskforce and Former Commissioner for Finance, Edo State, has extended a heartfelt message of goodwill, hope, and renewed faith to the people of Esan South East Local Government, Edo State, and Nigerians at large.

In her Easter message, she emphasized the profound significance of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, describing it as a cornerstone of the Christian faith and a timeless symbol of victory over adversity, despair, and darkness. She noted that Easter serves as a reminder of the enduring power of sacrifice, love, and divine grace, urging citizens to draw strength from these values in their daily lives.

Hon. Uzor-Kalu called on the people to embrace the virtues of unity, compassion, and peaceful coexistence, stressing that national progress can only be achieved when individuals work collectively toward the common good. She encouraged communities across Esan South East and beyond to use the season as an opportunity for reflection, reconciliation, and renewed commitment to building a more inclusive and prosperous society.

Highlighting the importance of resilience in challenging times, she urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in hope, expressing confidence that the nation will continue to overcome its trials through faith, determination, and shared responsibility.

She further extended her warmest wishes to families, urging them to celebrate the season with love, generosity, and a spirit of giving, particularly to the less privileged in society.

“Easter reminds us that after every trial comes triumph, and after every darkness, light emerges. Let us hold firmly to this truth as we continue to strive for a better future for our communities and our nation,” she stated.
