Dennis Osagbemwenrue Idahosa has strongly reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty and solidarity with his principal, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, dismissing recent online narratives suggesting discord between them as false, sponsored, and deliberately misleading.
In a statement released on Tuesday, Idahosa described the reports circulating on social media as the handiwork of “certain individuals unsettled by the unity and shared vision” between himself and Senator Okpebholo. He emphasized that such attempts to create division are not only unfounded but destined to fail.
“Let it be clearly stated that these efforts will amount to nothing,” Idahosa said. “As long as my boss, my senior brother, and I remain united, every such plan is bound to fail.”
Idahosa stressed that his relationship with Senator Okpebholo is built on mutual respect, shared values, and a common commitment to service, adding that no external influence can weaken that bond. He reaffirmed his total alignment with the Senator’s leadership and political direction.
“I stand solidly behind my boss like the Rock of Gibraltar. I stand where he stands and I sit where he sits,” he declared, underscoring his steadfast support.
The statement further warned that any attempt to sow discord within their team is futile, describing such actions as “dead on arrival.” According to Idahosa, the unity of purpose between him and Senator Okpebholo remains intact and unshakeable, regardless of distractions or misinformation campaigns.
Political observers note that the public show of unity sends a clear signal of stability and cohesion within their camp, at a time when misinformation and speculative narratives have become increasingly common in the digital space.
