“It was a great pleasure for our team to meet with the leaders of Ward 1 and 2 in Ewohimi, my home front,” he stated, expressing deep appreciation for the warm reception and constructive dialogue that characterized the meeting.

He paid special tribute to his elder brother, Anthony Osoh, for his unwavering support, particularly during the Easter period, describing his encouragement as instrumental to the success of the engagement.

Highlighting his legislative vision, Dr. Ahamioje reiterated his commitment to prioritizing the welfare of elderly citizens within the constituency and beyond. He unveiled plans for a proposed legislative initiative titled the Edo State Elderly Welfare Support Bill, which seeks to institutionalize a structured monthly stipend for vulnerable senior citizens. According to him, the bill is designed to ensure dignity, care, and sustained support for elders who have contributed significantly to societal development.

The House of Assembly hopeful emphasized that the initiative aligns with the SHINE Agenda of Governor Monday Okpebholo, underscoring his resolve to complement the administration’s people-oriented policies through responsive legislation.

Dr. Ahamioje further stressed the responsibility of the younger generation to uphold and protect the legacy of older citizens, noting that leadership must be anchored on service, gratitude, and continuity. “We owe it a duty to ensure that our elders truly enjoy the fruits of their labor while we are still young and able to serve,” he affirmed.

The engagement in Ewohimi is widely regarded as a significant milestone in his political outreach, reflecting growing grassroots acceptance and organizational cohesion within the constituency. The well-coordinated interface, marked by active participation and consensus-building, demonstrated the campaign’s readiness and capacity to foster unity and deliver purposeful representation.

Reaffirming his guiding philosophy, Dr. Ahamioje stated that his “We Move Agenda” is built on inclusivity and shared governance, encapsulated in the principle: “Through me, you own your government.” He assured party leaders and constituents of his dedication to transparent leadership and impactful service if entrusted with the mandate.

The meeting concluded on a note of optimism, with renewed commitments from stakeholders to sustain collaboration and strengthen the party’s grassroots structure ahead of future political engagements.
