Farouk Expresses Gratitude to Gov. Okpebholo, APC Leaders Over ED Appointment

Hon. Ehimegbe Ebakoleane Farouk, the Executive Director of the Edo State Road Maintenance Agency, has conveyed profound appreciation to the Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for finding him worthy of appointment into the strategic position.

In a heartfelt letter of appreciation, Farouk described his appointment as a call to greater service and a demonstration of the Governor’s confidence in his capacity to contribute meaningfully to infrastructural development across the state. He pledged unwavering loyalty, diligence, and commitment to the vision of the administration, particularly in ensuring sustainable road maintenance and improved connectivity for the people of Edo State. He further reaffirmed his strong belief in the SHINE Agenda of the Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, noting that the policy thrust remains a transformative roadmap for sustainable growth and infrastructural advancement.

The Executive Director also extended his sincere gratitude to the senatorial leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo Central Senatorial District, Gen. Cecil Esekhiagbe, whom he commended for his fatherly love, guidance, and enduring mentorship over the years. He noted that the General’s leadership style and steadfast encouragement have played a pivotal role in shaping his political and administrative journey.

Farouk further appreciated Hon. Sylvester Aigboboh, Deputy State Chairman of the APC and State Coordinator, Renewed Hope Ambassadors, for his steadfast support and encouragement, as well as the entire leadership structure of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo Central Senatorial District and beyond for their solidarity and belief in his capacity to serve.

He also expressed heartfelt appreciation to the youths of Edo Central Senatorial District for their overwhelming love, solidarity, and unwavering support, describing them as the backbone of the party’s strength and future. Farouk reaffirmed his unflinching loyalty and total commitment to the ideals and leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), pledging to continue working harmoniously with party stakeholders to advance its vision and programmes.
