Ososo community in Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo State came alive with gratitude and celebration as renowned community leader and philanthropist, Chief Dr. Thomas Attah, paid a humanitarian visit to his hometown, reaffirming his deep-rooted commitment to grassroots development and social welfare.
The visit, which took place during the yuletide season, was carried out under the auspices of the DTA Initiative, a platform dedicated to improving the living conditions of vulnerable groups within society. Central to the outreach was a targeted support programme for women in Ososo, many of whom benefited directly from the intervention.
At his country home, Chief Dr. Attah distributed essential food items, including bags of rice, alongside financial support to women drawn from across the community. The gesture provided timely relief, helping to ease economic pressures while also adding warmth and dignity to the festive period.
